Does she walk?
How about that gal in Tracy California charged with killing that young girl. She'll get a very good lawyer trying to make a name for himsel/herself working pro bono and she'll get insanity. Put away for 2 years then walks as if nothing happend. You got to remember this California where they have a jurry of her peers.
So this is a two part question 1. Does she walk, 2. Will the jury of her peers be just like her.
The 5 year old that was supposedly drugged last JANUARYs inconclusive and inadmissble. The DA will plant a ssedof doubt but the judge will make it in admissable.
