my local uses offshore books for lines, has his own operator, and has the fastest payouts in the world. The only drawback is the one operator, it sure gets busy between 1000-1100 on saturdays and 1100-1200 on sundays.

Old school, he and one other taking calls, but they're open from morning until the last halftime is over. Lines from offshore and adjusts based on local action, too.

Fairly even mix. I'm surprised to see so many old school. I was playing Omaha last Friday night. My table included 4 books. You could tell the one guy who used an offshore website. His phone never rang at halftime of the 2 football games. The other 3 guys were getting blown up.......

got 3 ... 2 on websites, and the other is 'old school' ... its actually not that he is oldschool, but just so small time that it wouldnt benefit for him to pay the fees for online.
