I know he's a millionaire but dang, he took this team that he thought would have Lebron & he may have worst team ever.

Oh and any doubt Lebron was MVP last year? I mean look at them without him

I don't really feel for him, as he knew coming in, there was every chance James was heading out of town. With that said, it still doesn't explain that embarrassment last night & one could make the argument he can't motivate the players.

But still, when you are getting paid millions of dollars, you should act & be professional, something the Cavs were not last night.

I don't know a coach anywhere that could motivate that overall lack of talent and have them actually compete against the Lakers.

James carried that team. Cavs are 3-5 years away at least from being anything remotely close to a playoff team again.
