I still wonder how these things still happen? Don't people read papers or watch the news of stories like this & should be aware. If I was that sleepy or tired, I wouldn't get behind a wheel at all, it isn't worth putting your life or others at risk.

whenever i would drive cross country and felt sleepy i would jack off...did wonders and kept me awake...good technique imo
