Nice piece of information cman. I could have used it in 1995. I have not drank excessively and drove since and i have no plans to ever do it again. Especially when you wake up the next morning and don`t remember if you drove home or not.

most of my friends have at least 1 dui....not me...they talk shite to me when we all meet and i only have 2 beers and then soda the rest of the night...if i got a dui i would probably lose my job because i have to rent cars when i go out of town.

Here is some good info for all of you to use in the future (if need be). My aunt is a secretary at a law firm. One of the partners is a big drinker. He wrecked his car on the way home from a night of alcohol.

Do you know what he did?

He got out of the car and walked to the nearest bar and did a bunch of shots and drank a beer. He then walked back to the scene of the accident and told the cops that he was an alcoholic and had to go to the bar to have a few drinks after the accident. The cops got him for fleeing the scene but couldn't prove that he was drunk.

Interesting stuff. If it continues then you can bet a trip to the local hospital for a blood sample will become a normality

My aunt hosted a Christmas party back in '98 or '99. My friend and I went to it. We got blasted and had to spend the night at my aunt's house. Anyways, the high school and some homes in the area were broken into that night. The high school had a camera and the thieves were caught on tape (without masks on....idiots!) The 1 thief lived across the street from my parents. I was on my lunch break at my college job the next day when my mom called crying. 8 cops were at my parents' house looking for me. The thought that I was with "Sam" and the others breaking into homes and the high school.

A side note, I used to be bad when I was in high school. I was a wanna-be John Gotti in my teens. I booked and ganked and sold. I never got caught and then when I turned 18 I quit. My dad told me that no one would hire an accountant with a bookmaking record. So I quit...but I was way too smart to ever get caught. Now my neighbor "Sam" was a dumb-ass.

The cops didn't believe my aunt and the 25 lawyers at the party. "Sam" admitted to the cops that I was not with them. Those dumb-f___s didn't even wear masks! I am offended that they would link me with such a shitty group!
