Dumb question

Blackstone is buying Hilton hotels (HLT) ...

The private equity group agreed to acquire all outstanding Hilton shares for $47.50 each, a 32 premium over Tuesday's closing stock price.

This was announced after all trading hours. Does this mean the share price will likely open around $47.50 Thursday? And is there any chance of grabbing some premarket at the lower price if there are open orders? I haven't done much in afterhours trading.
