earliest lines
which book has the earliest lines to come out for mlb? cris/Bookmaker.com/?cmpid=4437" target="_blank">Bookmaker usually has the ml and the total usually the day before in the afternoon sometime and that the book i deal with now.

Bookmaker.com/?cmpid=4437" target="_blank">Bookmaker does have the early lines out & is a solid book. If you want to also add the greek in the mix as well just to shop lines & have two choices.

Yep the 3 already mentioned are amoungst the earliest for MLB lines.
