Easier to be a coach in Pro or College football ?
Recruiting has to be a big downside to college ,but then again dealing with a over-paid ,jerk, freak ,nutcase like Randy Moss has to be a downside also

It is easier in college as if you at a grade A program like Florida or Alabama, you will have an easier time recruiting. Now, let's say your at Buffalo university, I don't think you can get an A, B or even C quality recruit. You are stuck with players who just want to play football, so that also lowers expectations of the coach & team.
In the Pros, you can be on the hot seat halfway through your first season, and things can unravel fast. Minnesota is a perfect example how what could go wrong is going wrong fast.
