The person who wins is the person who shoots first. Seeing as I doubt that many in here have been forced into shooting or fighting anyone, I would give it to the person who has. The coast that person comes from is totally immaterial. If you shoot first and straight, you win. It is really that simple. Don't believe the crap you see on T.V. or watch in the movies.
