Electric Heaters

I am looking to buy a good electric heater to heat the living room until we have to turn the gas on here. My dad had a few Honeywell heaters a few years ago but they melted the outlets and nearly started a fire. Anyone know a good electric heater to buy at a reasonable price? Thanks in advance

Yes, these are definitely good at heating up a smaller space. And it's nice looking too.

Depending on how many square feet you want to heat, DeLonghi is a very good brand. Be sure to check the watts to make sure you don`t over load your breaker.

Get one of those Saint Bernards that has the cask of whiskey around it's neck. Always seemed to warm up people lost in the Swiss Alps. At least according to old cartoons.

Most electric heaters draw alot more power then people actually thing....

Most living room are wired for 1200 watts max for the entire circuit...some may be wired for 1600 watts...

So check the max output on that heater which I'm betting is in the 1100-1500watt range

Be carefull....I use to fix melted and burned up shit alot from these things...so much so I wont ever use one in my house
