I have used click2pay for other non "gambling" things. They just take your credit card I believe and have a few security things you have to do but if I remember it was very easy

Just requested a big withdrawal from my Bodog account and they did the withdrawal within a half hour into my Neteller account and just did an EFT withdrawal from them into my bank account

So, at least for now, this is still possible

Beware though...when they charge your credit card it could appear as a "cash advance" and then the screws start because the rate is loan shark-like.
