Email from Sportbook.com about withdrawl

The current withdrawal delays we are experiencing are lasting a good deal longer than any of us had anticipated, so we thought we owed you a more in-depth explanation.

As we explained previously, this situation is a direct result of the US Legislation passed last year. After a time, the processors we used for both deposits and withdrawals opted to pull out of the US market which left us no choice but to find other alternatives to get you and thousands of others their well-earned cash. This was where we were a few months ago.

In a situation like this, with your money and our reputation at stake, we had to make sure we were making the right choice for all involved. The new partners had to be comfortable with this task and commit to the high standards of trust and expediency we expect. After an exhaustive and stringent selection process, we eventually narrowed down the candidates and made our choices. However, there were still several factors to keep in mind.

Although this had already taken far longer than we would have liked, we couldn't just send every single pending withdrawal out in one batch. In order to prevent a similar situation occurring, our new partners are forced to limit the value and number of daily transactions occurring. Also, our new partners are located offshore, so our delivery times have had to increase. This is where we are now.

Your $1375.00 withdrawal is currently in a queue. As soon as it reaches the top of that queue, it will be on its way to you. Although our customer care team is more than happy to help you at all times, there is unfortunately nothing they can do to speed this process up.

The backlog is shifting (we are processing a lot faster than new withdrawals are occurring), but it will take time. Your money is safe and with a company who could afford to take the time to ensure that it was never anything less than safe. We will be around for as long as the US public wants to make the right choices for themselves, and you are making that happen right now.

We thank you and all our customers sincerely for your understanding at this time - it is wholeheartedly appreciated.

Regards,

The MVP Management Team.

I'm ready to deposit in BetJam from now on

SportsBook is just garbage, I had a problem with them last year for football. What happend was I had closed my neteller account due to someone gaining my password. I had neteller removed from my SportsBook account. I made a withdraw about 3 weeks later and sportsbook made the mistake of sending it to neteller. To make long short I never got my $480 from neteller, and even though sportsbook reps had admited that it was there fault and that they made the mistake I was still never refunded my money. They gave me $20 in bonus money to try and correct the situation and I had to roll that over 4 times if I wanted it.

Since Paridise sold isportsbook to the employees that book has just been crap, I would never use them agian. My advice is pull out fast and go with Bet JM, they know how to treat there clients.

um, if you had really closed your nt account then it wouldve been impossible for sportsbook to deposit into there, wouldnt it? it wouldve been rejected and the money reissued to sportsbook. if your nt account really was closed then the book probably looked for any viable excuse not to pay you.
