anyone have one of these...if so are there any fees from withdrawing money from the atm or any difficutly etc???? thanks

Frat, just go here, AllAccessGift.com, find an ACE America Cash Express near you, go buy yourself a prepaid Visa Debit Card and you are good to go.

I believe that this card will work as it is reloadable. Essentially these cards are nothing more or less than an internet banking account and this company is currently allowing transfers to and from gambling sites. Not sure how long this will last but I do know that my card worked this morning with an offshore book. Good luck.
