I think mex is talking about what highlights they show and how they present the teams from week to week.

Highlights can be like brainwashing if you think about it

loyalties to teams are blinders to alot of that tho, both of them are huge

they dont affect the original line but for all the reasons jahred pointed out

if they can influence enough people they would move lines on action

whether they do influence is the question...personally dont think much

For the last two days leading up to tonights game. All they kept showing and talking about was how G. Tech ran Miami out of the stadium. Never heard much about Miami at all.

Would be interesting to see the number of bets placed after the gameday crew calls out their upsets of the day on saturdays.

I agree though. More rookies than anything.

exactly...there was a guy on the radio last week(kasillias) talking about how Notre Dame was going to slaughter Michigan and that USC would do the same to OSU...

He's totally entitled to his opinion, but to say these guys know more than the next guy is bull, especially when it comes to the fantasy monkeys.
