I hope you guys go easy on me but let's give Terps a break. You all made your points and if I had to wear a shirtless Giambi avatar for a month - Terps should have been happy to only wear the avatar that was provided for him. We all know this and we all know that by not following through hurts one credibility. Lesson learned.

With that being said, Terps has been a good contributor over the years and after he serves his time, he will be back if he wants to. Just don't do any avatar bets with him obviously but I for one will forgive him.

I had to wear Jeff Garcia avy's and faggy taglines for a month last football season and was scarred for life because of this (will be extracting some revenge on the 4 homos that did this to me later this football season if they man up - you know who you are).........

I can refer terpsy to a couple of good therapists to help him get through the dark times............

that was just terrible. I am fairly new here but this just isnt cool.
I like this place and i consider everyone to be upstanding members unless proven otherwise. Gambling is one of those activities that the one thing you should never lose is your word. A man's word is worth more than anything you can gamble on. A 3 day ban for someone that welched on a stupid avatar bet is way below what it should be. I would ban him permanently as i wouldnt want to deal with someone willing to do that... what would be next? But this is not my forum.
I understand you guys have your reasons to keep him around; and that is fine i dont have a problem with that. It is your forum. But it just leaves a bad precedent. The next 3 days are some of the slowest gambling days of the season. No real penalty then. But take him out on thu-mon. then a penalty makes more sense then.
I like this place because it has some great rules; there are no touts; no locks; no jinxes. Straight up info and picks; as well as cool people

Then Terps wouldnt agree with stashs final options.. which got him a 3 day ban and NEVER allowed to do another avatar bet.. as stated before, it's not in the rules that you can banned for this. we never figured it be a problem .. as far as the how longs, if's and when's of wearing when he gets back is still being debated by the mods and jack..
