Perversion runs in Freddie Johnson's family.

Johnson, the serial sex fiend who has been busted 53 times for groping women, has an identical twin - who is doing time for the same crime.

Teddy Johnson, 49, is serving eight years in the Bare Hill Correctional Facility, about 150 miles north of Albany.

His crimes read like pages torn from his brother Freddie's 57-page rap sheet.

He was convicted for a series of subway gropes in 2001. He'd rub up against the women and then fight cops when they tried to arrest him. He once jumped on the tracks and pulled a cop down with him, police said.

"I used to see those two every day," a retired NYPD transit sergeant said of Freddie and Teddy Johnson.

"When they weren't in jail, they were right back out there. In the '90s, they'd go up and down the subway lines, midtown generally, and always on the 4 and 6 trains," the sergeant said.

Cops kept the brothers straight by their different fashion tastes.
"Freddie was the blue collar of the two," said another retired NYPD police sergeant.

"He was always in the flannel shirt and he used to like the green hospital pants. The other brother, Teddy, used to come and go from different office jobs and he always dressed in a blazer and slacks."

The earliest that Teddy - who also has been arrested under the alias Rodney Johnson - can be released is Oct 30. He'll get out if a state correction panel decides in May that his behavior warrants his release. So far, he has had only one prison infraction.

Freddie, who was busted last Wednesday after allegedly rubbing against a woman on a northbound No. 6 train, was already on lifetime parole under a new state program for sex offenders deemed mentally deficient and incapable of reform.

The Manhattan district attorney's office is seeking a life sentence for Freddie this time.

In a disturbing jailhouse interview on Sunday, Freddie, whose fondling spree has spanned a quarter-century, told the Daily News that pretty women should expect to get groped on trains.

"When there's this many attractive women in the city and on the subways, don't they know [this will happen]?" he asked.

Freddie has a 57 page rap sheet.

I would imagine that it would take an abundance of time and effort to go over those pages to get all the facts....even for 2 writers.

Then you have to factor in Teddy.

It happened one time on Halloween night.....when Freddie dressed up as an (un)attractive man.
