Excersise

I just set the excersise room up today. Haven't felt like doing it since i moved last month.

What does everyone else do belong to a gym? workout at home? If you do go how many days a week. I have to get the gut back down it starting to go over the pant line.

Oops... I almost forgot. I won't be able to make it fellas. Veronica and I trying this new fad called uh, jogging. I believe it's jogging or yogging. it might be a soft j. I'm not sure but apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

Work out at home here..


M-W-F---treadmill 3.5-6 miles

T-TH-SA----pushups and situps only...bout 125 a day

TH--- Curls with freeeights


that's about it and it works great for me.

You need to watch your diet though in order to get true effect.

Lift three times a week and run five days a week. Play basketball on two of those nights. Watching my diet alittle better now, but by far the hardest part for me...

That can be solved by using suspenders rather than a belt.

treadmill at home every morning (Mon. thru Fri.) for 30 minutes while watching the 5 am Sportscenter. Speed ranges anywhere 4.2 and 5.0 mph. Usually end up doing about 2.3 miles.

I work chest on Monday's, Arms on Tuesday's, Shoulder's either Wed or Thursday, Back on Thursday or Friday.

I run everyday I work out and usually Saturday or Sunday. I run about 2-3 miles when I do run.

that seems to be the speed where i am at. I try to sprint the last lap during every mile that means around 8-9mph. Not the fastest thing in the world anymore.

sprinting is only worth if your trying to decrease your time in distance runs. A steady pace is all you really need

that is true. I maintain at 4.2, then bump it up to 4.5 for 2 minutes than back to 4.2, then up to 4.8, and then 5.0 etc....
