love the leg. I have 14 turkeys in a salt sugar brine as we post. Fixen to smoke those asses in a bit. I will stuff with apples and garlic. Coat them as I cook with a special baste I make. Cook them at 250 for 20 minutes per pound. Dam juicy

My wife has a turkey soaking in kosher salt and sugar brine also.
