I've been in the men's bathrooms at the Superdome and seen girls come in and use the troughs, too.
Many of the men's bathrooms there have the regular wall troughs, and then they have these round troughs in the middle of the room. Really weird. To use them, you are standing facing all the other guys using them at the same time.
