Somehow I let a guy from work talk me into playing in a Co-ed league. Probably had a lot to do with the co-ed part Anyway, first practice is today and I am about to find out how old I am getting. I havent played since college. Anyone else play in these?

maybe you should try coed kickball. I've never played flag football but a guy I work with does. He has a blast with it.

I play in a league over the summers here and they are a blast. Usually turns into a drink fest. Have fun with it bro.

Oops... I almost forgot. I won't be able to make it fellas. Veronica and I trying this new fad called uh, jogging. I believe it's jogging or yogging. it might be a soft j. I'm not sure but apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

wow i am so sore i cant move. Was very fun but my body is hurting. I have to go get some cleets, i couldn't get any traction
