Anyone out there who was running this set up and is now out in the dark? I recently had to order ATT Uverse which isnt half bad and not too pricey considering what you get but its obviously not free and even with their top package im still not getting nearly what I had.

Hope they get this N3 figured out soon

ihubs coming out for most brands (Nfusion-type internet based sharing). Don't like the IP tracking ability; ISP could sell you out (I suppose you could hack your neighbor's internet, or use proxies - but I would think bandwidth would be an issue here).

Rumors abound, but I'll bet there will be a fix or new method by the end of the year. I'm an emulator from way back; been through about 5 different "testing" methods; settled on FTA cause it was so cheap and easy.

Here's something (rumor or not, it is encouraging):

today the spokesmen for team viewsat has said they have cracked nag3. its been dumped a long time ago and the're almost there and we should see a STANDALONE file soon for viewsats!! it has been looked into and it did come from them!! as they said PUT YOUR SUNGLASSES ON!! as we all know from the past when the first file hits the sites others WILL come too!! looks good for the future of fta!! this IS something to be happy about people!! it did come from there mouths!!

I have no doubt it will be fixed.I used to write hex to cards a million years ago.There is always some guy smarter than the the guy encrypting.Same here I got lazy.

Lots of positive chatter on the Satellite forums in the past couple of days, some from very respected people stating that fixes for most FTA boxes should be out in a few weeks. It would be nice, wouldn't it.

I'd be happy to have it by Football season (though I miss the UFC PPVs). Summer TV kinda sucks anyway. And I've always subbed, so Charlie is and has been getting his (well, at least what he deserves IMO). GO CODERS!!!
