Fuker or Fukie?

Recent events in my life have me wondering. Are you the person that uses the system to fuk people over and take advantage every chance you get?Or are you the giver. The person always doing for others and always getting it up the ass?

I know most of you don't give a shit but I am going to tell what broke the camels back.I am one of these guys that everyone calls when they need something and I always come through.I am the guy that pays for diner for everyone.I am the guy that lends money.I am the guy that extends credit to people even when I know I will never get paid.I have taught my kids to be the same.Today someone hit my son's car (Which I own). They gave him a false name and number and left. When he called them phone was disconnected. So we filed a report and you know that will get shit.I only have liability so fuk me.Come to find out this fuk has 5 DUI's,no dr,no job,ect so I am screwed.I work my ass off for every dime I have nothing was ever handed to me.Losers like this use the system to be a fuking losers with no responsibilities.Just pisses me off.Had to vent.

I feel your pain, I am the same way about giving out to people, taking family out on vacation, and working hard to get it. But after all of that, I have had some same instances when I have been ****ed by some loser like you have, and the only explination I can tell myself to make me feel better is that this happened to me because I can handle it, and get through it with a level head. And i will get past this because I have worked hard to get into a position where I am able to handle it.

Hope you find that asshole though and remember what goes around comes around.

Sadly you are correct Paul.

Although i have now become the fuker it def depends on the situation for me too decide.

If anything...get the police involved in it..granted with his record it's not gonna help you in the least but may just throw another kink in the offenders record.

Dont feel bad....don't even get me started on the fleeing felon that rammed me thru an intersection while off duty in my own vehicle...I still have the dent due to it being a stolen car and him not having insurance..but on top of that I was investigated yet cleared at work for somehow being involved in it

Over the years..I've just decided that being the nice guy just isn't worth it when it comes to alot of things...

Every situation I think about before deciding

I am neither the fukie or the fuker

thjeres a fine line in life of being generous and being naive

not that I think in this case you were overly generous

perhaps you should have waited for the authorities to arrive on the scene

(is that what your saying? you took his info on faith alone?)

if an uninsured driver hits you, you are liable? not the insurance company?

i think you need to have uninsured motorist insurance (i think its a selection you can choose to add on to your policy but is not required)

if an uninsured driver hits you, you are liable? not the insurance company?it depends on what your coverage is...also many have a high deductable which still comes out of your pocket

Now the giving of false info is def. grounds for arrest here.

Bottom line...if in an accident that involves damage always get the police there as a witness or at least make them take a report...It's your call as too whether you claim it with insurance but if shit goes sour you at least have a police witness or report to back your side up

this happened to me a long time ago, we were on a fishing trip and some drunk ass mowed our car over. He took off but cops were able to track him down several days later. We had insurance but the mf didnt have any and he had no money so the insurance Co. told us we were SOL....

Once in a while, life throws a curve ball at u.

The easiest thing to do is give in and try to take a stab at it.

You know full well once you've engaged you're in a no-win situation.

I've learned the hard way but luckily, fairly quick.

NEVER BLAME THE OTHERS BUT YOURSELF.

To answer your question tho Paul, I'm a giver when it comes to friends and family. Lately tho I'm seeng a pattern of people taking advantage of me as far as not paying back what they borrowed, etc. I finally am getting around to saying f u to those I thought was my friends but found out otherwise...
