Have you tried restoring your windows session to a date before you had the issue?

In Windows, Go to Accessories
System Tools
Run the System Restore program
Pick the last date that you remember it working. (Hopefully it is automatically recording a restore point on a daily basis)

Please advise what Firewall and AntiVirus you are using, even if it is disabled when you try to run Full Tilt. This really sounds like a firewall issue or a security program that is kicking in without alerting you. I can't think of anything else.

another shot is to run in safe mode with networking. that should disable anything that might be preventing the network connection.

Also, when you try to run program look at the event viewer and see if you get a clue at whats happening.

On your Internet browser

Then re-boot
