Gabe Morency Drama

for those who watched his show, the score dropping him is a big hit for gamblers and for people who like anything different from the norm

For americans Gabe Morency had a show from 5-7 on the score (canadian network) and the focus was gambling and it was refreshing from other toronto media (basically the guys on tSN and sportsnet still wish the NHL had six teams)

morency got drunk on set (show was awesome) and was suspended for one week, that evolved into a firing

big hit for gamblers losing morency on mainstream media

Ya it was ok, but his shtick was getting old fast. The show became a neverending inside joke . I listened to him that one time at a Bills game when he was completely smashed, it was funny for about 10 minutes then it just became annoying. Something better will come along.

WHY?? this isn't a loss at all, was child's play television at best...good concept bad personnel choices...he and cam were degenerates at best...not fact based cappers, their banter of incorrect comments and assumptions you can get at any pub....they appealed to the highschool kids and acted like them as well.

his firing comes as no surprise at all, purely unprofessional this guy and everything that goes wrong was always someone else's fault.

gobbler's knob is right, something better will come along that true bettors can actually use as a tool, not be turned off by television idiocy and a waste of a good show concept.

stay tuned.

you got that right.

When I 1st tried to watch it, it seemed like more noise than info. Actually, the Score on NFL could be better if they had an hour (and sat down) now that Morency is gone...however the Score on NFL needs more work as well

MorOncy was too much a dramaqueen most times. Entertaining SOMEtimes.
The one that drove me up the wall was cam stewart and his wheezy giggle/laugh. Also he reminds me of the little dog bouncing up and down around the big dog Spike looking for respect and attention.
Wont miss these two at all.

I too lived in Oakville for a time.
Kerr st.

Went to Perdue
Actually saw Rush in concert at that high school before they made the bigtime.

Damn he got fired eh.
I think it is a loss, it was refreshing seeing somebody say whatever the f they wanted to on air. Whether you agree or not ( i didnt agree on many things with morency), it was entertaining.
Their Game on segment which later turned into covers experts (bigtime sellout) was not really very informative to cappers ill agree. It was alright when Blessing was on, when he left things started going to s hit.
Still believe me when I say nothing better will come along! Theyve replaced him with that producer guy pezo or whatever his name is, show is just lame now.
Iduno alot of ppl dont like him i guess, maybe its just me but Id rather have him on the air drunk or not.
