The OLGC is not a casino , nor is it located in Las Vegas,

Notice the edge is less than 1%!
This is because the casino doesn’t care about you as a gambler coming in for a night or 2 or 3.
They know the law of large numbers with thousands of bets per hour per casino will eventually work on their side.

ON AVERAGE , EVERY TABLE WILL HAVE 4 WINNERS , 6 LOSERS PER NIGHT

If I asked you who pays the juice when a bet is placed on a sports game ,
you’d likely say the loser.
Fact is both the winner and loser pay up front . The sportsbook simply collects both,
after the game is played sorts out the difference ,
and over time knows there will be more losers than winners.

Statistics and probabilities are just numbers and are great in a philosophical sense.

However, in real life situations, you would find that events will happen that do NOT follow these numbers.

Put 52 balls numbered from 1 to 52 in a barrel.
Draw one ball from the barrel weekly.
Put that ball back into the barrel for the next draw.

Everyone will tell you that each ball has a 1 in 52 chance of being drawn.
After 52 weeks, you would expect EVERY ball to have been drawn ONCE.

Unfortunately, that is NOT the case.

Look at all the lotteries where balls are drawn from a barrel and you will see that not all numbers are drawn with the same frequency.
