Question Gambling/Sports Fan

Has Gambling taken some of the fun out of simply watching sports for you? as a fan

If you enjoy sports and take the time to get the latest info and stats.....

must you attempt to profit from it?

just curious

so in other words, for every event you create a line in your head that you would give it..then imagine how much you would have risked on it , etc?

YES, I am a completely different person when I am in gambling form. I don't appreciate a good game anymore like I used to when I didn't have money on it..

Yeah see I agree with that, you view the game with different lenses on for sure when you have something at risk

When I am watching games and I know what the line and total is.. I think about that most of the game... and then say there needs to be one more point for the over, and there is 2 minutes left and no points.. I always think, ouch that sucks for the over backers, but the over backers are lucky..... lol..

Stupid I know... I also think, how many points have been scored in first quarter/half... so what the game is on paced to be... and I think @ half, wether I think the team will come back....

I still love watching hockey + mlb + march madness + footbal and many other sports, when my favourite team is playing..

often times i am with a client when i go to a game and i am also hammered so might let it slip that i have something riding on it wich is generally frowned upon.

i try to maintain the purity of the event as well.
