The Gift and The Curse: Cordless Mouse and Keyboard

i love the invention of the cordless mouse and keyboard. but dont you just hate it when your batterys are basically dead and you dont have any left. i find myself too lazy sometimes to go over to the store at night and grab batteries so i sit there and take the batteries out and put them back in to give me the 2-3 minutes juice i need to get to a site or type.

anyone else ever find themselves in that situation:?

i also have 2 or 3 of each for backup. and at worst i have retractable wire travel version of keyboard and mouse for emergency or travelling.
