A glimpse of hope
If the court does remove the restraining order on 8/14 against BOS (rumors) then BoS knows the best way to convince people they are financially strong and money is safe is to payout to everyone who wants it. They are a financially strong company so you never know.
Let’s hope for the restraining order to be lifted and see what happens

The company has separated themselves from David Carruthers so I don’t think they will be showing up to that trial or anything involving that as of now. As far as the hearing involving the restraining order – as I have been told it was really just an announcement, not an actual hearing. I believe there will end up being a hearing about this and I am sure they will be there. I do know they have attorneys in several countries working on this.
I am not trying to get anyone’s hopes up. Until it happens – it’s not good news but I think everyone in the industry needs to stick together (players and books) so that maybe things will get better. The Judge has to know that much more of this restraining order will kill their company. There are legal issues everyone is looking at now. You can’t just destroy a business without reason and they have to prove the reasons. After all it is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. Remember this is separate from the indictment charges. This is about BoS only. Let’s hope for the best
