Wink Goal Reached

-12 Lbs in 3 months

Set a goal of -10

Mostly No Chips, Chocolate , Ice Cream , Pop , White Bread ,
corn starch foods , no pop (just liquid sugar)

Eating 5 times a day rather than 3
(i.e. snack with an apple or trail mix or almonds is considered
a snack with 3 meals)

Still drinking beer

For Breaky Oatmeal , or egg whites no bread
as you put butter or marg , etc on it -extra cals

if you eat cereal choose only whole grain

8- 8 ounce glasses of water a day -water between meals keeps your stomach full

Have a cheat day once a week where you eat whatever you want
like a big mac and fries at macdonalds

Try to have Have one of the following every day
Chicken,
fish,
egg whites
cottage cheese
veggie meats
protein shakes
red meat lean
turkey white breast skinless
seafood
vegetables
soup

That's it

Gonna go for another 5
Started off at 187going for 170

I'm 6'4" 190 and I'm trying to gain 15 pounds man because I feel I'm too light.

6'2" 185 is probably your ideal weight according to a doc.
