Goat meat
Shot some goats a few days ago and had some for the first time for dinner tonight.

We just take the back legs and its best to get small one's If any of u are into hunting.....eating goat is VERY underated. I mean people are always having chicken, lamb, beef but goat meat for some reason is not so commonly eaten.

Well I can tell u it was one of the best feeds I have had for awhile.
The key when u cook it is not to over do it for one leg 45 minutes baked is perfect.

I love Curry Goat, especially over at the Bombay Palace. along with Tandoori Chicken.
