Going to Boston

Hey guys going to Boston for the 1st time for work.

Does anyone have info on a nice/cheap hotel in a good area that you will be able to experience Boston on a Wednesday night.

My work travel agent can't find shit for under $500.

Thanks for the help.

A nice AND cheap hotel IN the city will be tough Boldt. Will have to prob go outside the city or get something mediocre. But Im suprised, you should be ble to find something for 400 or so in Boston thats decent...

Cool city

People on the subways (right name for it?) were dicks though, you sit next to certain people and they grill you like you killed their beloved mother. I guess same can be said for all cities, i just noticed it more there.

That and when your drunk and trying to find your way back to your hotel its confusing as sh*t because none of the streets line up

Cop was nice enough to give us a ride back and not arrest us for being drunk in public, cool dude

If you get the chance bold go to a celtics game, i went when they sucked and it was still sick. I forget the name of the pub i went to before and after but it was about 2 mins from the subway and roudy as hell. Most fun ive ever had at a pub.

and they say that london is an expensive city? man boston is ridiculously expensive for hotels...london hotels can be cheaper than boston...makes no sense really...but at any rate, i found 1 hotel that is across the street from the fleet center for 161 a night...165 across the street from fenway, a hotel that is one mile outside of downtown for 65 a night, and 1 that is 4 miles outside of downtown that has a subway station for 100 a night

Go up route nine (9) in brookline, there is a suisse cahlet that is cheap and cool as hell and its in a ritzy area. If you got a car, its only a 15 minute ride to the city

Honestly bro i dont remember, but I wish I did cuz next time I go to Boston I want to go back

We pregamed at the hotel and then went out. I get motion sickness when im drunk and ride in cars or on the subway so I dont remember much till i got to the pub after a short walk and fresh air.
