My friends planned the trip, based on what I have heard/researched their St Patrick's day parade is the 2nd largest party in the US to Mardi Gras of course. I am looking forward to it, but the reason I asked is like you guys I have never heard anything about Savannah and didnt really know what to expect, was hoping to get some insight but it seems I am not the only one who hasnt heard anything about this place.

Thanks guys appreciate it! Time to go Charlie Sheen on Savannah for a few days.

I went a few years back for St.Pattys day. It is awesome. Picture it as a mini Mardi Gras...booze and titties galore

You will have a blast.

Check out Kevin Berrys....very cool Irish bar

Guys just got back from Savannah yesterday and needless to say its going to be a long recovery period but it was def worth it. Had an absolute blast, one of the best times of my life. It was 80 everyday, the people are ridiculously nice (compared to New Endlanders at least), smoking hot chicks everywhere, pretty good food, inexpensive. Couldnt have asked for more, literally not 1 complaint other than I wish we would have stayed a few more days. Think we are going to make it a yearly trip to be honest. Highly recommend giving it a go at least once.

Do have a question, have been looking on google but cant find anything. On River Street their were a lot of groups of homeless kids. They were filthy and had pets, panhandling or just straight up asking for the rest of my beer. But the situation didnt seem like the normal "homeless" situation and many locals said they choose to be like that and said their was a good documentary about similar kids in Seattle. One group of chicks we met even said a reasonably wealthy kdi for from their class chose to join a group similar that his cousin was in and ran away to stay in "bum square." Anyone have the back story on this or know the documentary.

Wish I could have a great vacation too and do some shopping. I love shopping, especially some souvenirs which I can keep from places I visited. I heard a news that would really affect those people who love shopping using their debit card. The next consumer perk to go on the chopping block at the nation’s largest banks is debit card rewards. Chase stopped offering enrollment in debit card rewards in February, and will cease the program entirely in July. Financial institutions have been scaling back on consumer benefits and upping fees, as the potential loss of revenue from interchange fees is looming over the banking industry.
