Going to Yankee Stadium tomorrow, have a question

WE are taking the train from Trenton into New York, what stop do we get off to get on the subway? Grand Central? How long does it take on the subway? Also if we get there early, is there places we can walk around before the game?

Thanks and GO RED SOX lol.

leave for the stadium about 1.5 hours before the game. gives you time to fight the crowd going in. take a walk around where grand central is. everything is like within 10 blocks plus there is subway entrances around all over.

Go to Grand Central and take the 4 express uptown towards the Bronx, it has a green circle as a logo. The stadium is a stop (161st street) and it should take about 1/2 hour on the 4.

As far as getting there early there are plenty of bars across the street from the stadium. You have the Yankee Tavern and Stan's which are decent bars. Be careful drinking outside, they will ticket you in a heartbeat nowdays.

P.S. Don't get too rowdy or you might end up bloody and I'm not kidding walkster.
