Arrow A Good Question???

I was in a conversation with someone & the question came up.Could the guys who MAKE the lines' (Well today we gotten away from per say a NAME as Roxy Roxerboug) but can these guys BEAT the house & MAKE a living of wagering??? I have my opions on this but like to see answers.. Just quick any GOOD capper does use a POWER RATING that he formalates himself & then compares to posted lines. But today with all this Marketing BULLSHIT there more conserened with getting the ad's right compared to the GAMES right...

well, beating the house?

it's an exchange market wich is managed by the bookies... and more or less you win the money from losing capper... the bookies grab the juice in most cases... major parts of my bets i place at a bet exchange platform... and surprise sureprise... same odds as at the bookies? the market sets up the price...

those clever dudes just make the opening lines...
