Got a massage today
Legitimate massage at a legitimate day spa. All american staff. Paid for after services rendered (can I make this any clearer)...

Been weight training a lot lately and pulled something in my back (lower-middle right side). Funny thing is I think I pulled it by carrying 2 telephones in one hand and a 64oz jug of water in the other - not very heavy.

Anyway, 1 hr. full body cost $70. Gave a $10 tip.
Incredibly relaxing!! - The girl was very petite, but gave a surprisingly strong deep tissue massage. Bottom line - no more pain!! I'd been having trouble walking and turning until today; like magic the pain is completely gone.

I highly recommend massage therepy.

my wife's best friend is a massage therapist. She is smoking hot and my wife goes to her for massages. I want to set up a camera in the room to watch!

Tip: Many times your insurance carrier will pick up the tab on a massage if you get it done at a chiropractor's office. I go once or twice a month when my back acts up and pay $30 co-pay only.

I'll have to look into this.
I'm ready to go back, but $80 a whack (no pun intended) gets pricey.

i go every so often. the wifey got me one for my b-day a few yrs back and i am hooked. i get the facial and massage package when i go. i usually get the 30 minute deal which is well worth the price
