Grandmother passed away this morning
My Grandmother passed away this morning. My Grand Parents like most of yours were the life line to my family, the glue that held us all together. The two of them started a water district, cemetary district, fire department in a very small town in Northern California. My grandfather is the one who put in all the under ground lines for the water district while my grandmother did all of the secretary work for all of the listed above. Never once did they collect any money for the work they did. It was all volunteer as was much of their life. The town was Grimes and although it only had 250 people in it was Gods country thanks to my GrandFather and GrandMother. My wife and I went and spent 2 hours with her last night and she was so peaceful. This morning my mother called to let me know she slipped away at 4:55am. Its been a long battle but I am at peace knowing she is with the best Grandfather that ever lived. RIP Mimi...

Oops... I almost forgot. I won't be able to make it fellas. Veronica and I trying this new fad called uh, jogging. I believe it's jogging or yogging. it might be a soft j. I'm not sure but apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild. Steel, sorry for your loss. It's happened to me now 3 times with one grandparent to go. Knowing they lived a long, prosperous and full life helped me through the tough times. Once again, my condolences.
