George Allen I think coached a Super Bowl losing team with the Redskins, otherwise I'd take him since his alltime winnning percentage with teams is somewhere in the top 5 of coaches. Chuck Knox was considered a pretty good coach and Lou Saban is another guy who got stuck coaching some bad and mediocre Bills teams.
