what is with all of the quarterbacks in the nfl having that green dot on there helmet?

Recognizes helmets who have communication devices inside of them. Only one green dot helmet on the field at a time. New thing in the NFL this year.

That is the helmet with the speaker in it. Only one player can be on the field at a time with this helmet.
