Green Dot or others?!?!?!?

Recently my credit card company has started declining deposits to my books. Is it possible to get a Green Dot rechargeable visa and use it overseas for these types of things? Do they work overseas?

What about just a Target disposable visa? Will those work?

Does anyone have any better suggestion, PLEASE!!!!!

Greendot works with a book I use. It has been pretty hassle free for me.

Visa gift cards must be for international use...
Freaking restrictions on everything in the U.S. are a joke...of course, sports betting should have been legalized decades ago but nooooo, not here...it's not like the government needs the money or anything...
