Grilling Chicken?
Just started doing a lot of grilling for the first time really
have not figured out a way to get basic boneless skinless chicken breasts to grill best...i am not expecting a 5 star taste, but maybe just some taste in general... should i be marinating these? or what?

easiest way too marinate if you're not a pro.....great flavor...add a little cayenne for heat....some hot peppers in there for flavor with a bit of the brine.... but marinating chicken a key..keeps it from drying out...don't grill over direct heat either until last couple minutes....let cook on indirect heat.....

Grilled 6 chicken thighs yesterday and this time around only pinched a bit of curry, seasoned salt, and basil. Full propane broil and had to flip every minute. They were delicious. I try different ways everytime so never get tired of my own cooking.

with the indirect heat, how long am i cooking over indirect heat? Or am i just doing eye test?
