Well I am not sure I can explain this too well, but it seems to me lately there are way too many softie white kids that think they are hardcore stuff. I agree that things are getting out of hand but white, black, brown has nothing to do with who is screwing up today. Kids in general seemed to be lost and they are facing times I did not have to face as a child. Hope you don't mind but are you white ?

From one Italian to another, its a nasty world for the kids today and we will see some trying times for them in the years to come. They have to much information and they are growing up way to fast. You should feel sorry for them as the world is changing very fast and nothing like it was in the 70's.

Well said steel. And something all of us who are raising kids need to be reminded of from time to time. Most important thing I have found is to know who your kids friends and their parents are and what they are about. And if your values are too different find ways to keep your kid away from them.

I think the biggest difference today as opposed to my parents is your kids were safer back then. Now there are alot more perverts out there than when I was a kid. I bet looking back on it now alchol and weed doesn't look so bad compared to the drugs (roids included) and sexual knowledge that kids get from TV today. Oh it was a simpler time.
