Hardest/Easiest sports to manage

There has been a lot of talk about how much difference a good manager has on a team. Not sure they make that big of a difference in some sports.

Rank the sports from hardest to easiest.

For me:

Hardest- Football
Basketball
Hockey
Baseball- Don't really need to do much IMO.

Agree 100% with that order, football the most difficult with how the game has evolved, hell I think the coach in football now even gameplans when players can go take a shit, lol!

Basketball the second most preset sport when it comes to the way the game is played, alot of coaches are barking out plays right through the game and has lost some of the creativity in basketball because of it.

Hockey alot of systems but systems seem to get thrown out the window the second their is a turnover in the neutral ice area, more creativity by the players by how fast the game is.

Baseball damn alot of decisions but very few managers who show creativity in thier managing, pitching changes based on lefty/right matchups, hit and runs, steals, pitchouts alot determined by who is on base or not on base. I find very few managers in baseball are creative at all and you can almost see what is coming in 90% of the game. Most individual sport of them all being baseball takes out alot of what the manager can and can't do in a game unlike the other sports which are alot more system based.
