Hare meat

Get stuck in boys this is good stuff.

Had it for the first time, my hunting friend shot it and didn't want it as he has never known anyone who has eaten it.

Good stuff the meat to eat is a cross between rabbit and lamb. Much more meat on them than rabbits. Some areas of the world Hares/ Rabbits carry diseases.

Well I have eaten lots and no problems.....the key is always when gutting it check the organs If they are clear with no spots or crap then u are sweet--no diseases.

Hunting 101 brought to you by dave nz.

GL now.

No, on a hare or Rabbit there is virtually no fat!

You will not only notice that when eating it but also If u bake it in dish there will be no fat left behind.
