I was requested to handle the matter via e-mail and have done so. Unfortunately I have received no response. I have waited patiently for a response from the Cappersmall staff for the egregious action of your employee, Hoosiercat. I sit hear in amazement that you would let an employee misappropriate my name and likeness, defame me and insinuate knowledge of my private life and sexuality without consequence.

I have received no response from your staff via e-mail. Further, I have started threads to facilitate an open discussion about this most inappropriate incident but was dismayed to find them deleted. Within these threads, several other members expressed their outrage of your employees actions. Importantly, the defamatory misappropriated post/statements made by your employee remained while my threads were deleted. It appears the Mall is attempting to conceal the actions of HoosierCat. Any further deletions of these threads will be seen as retaliatory.

OK, I missed all the broohaha earlier so I really have no idea what this could possibly be about. I even went searching for JB's threads that had been edited and found only one and it was blank.

That is because the modertors or Hoosiercat himself is attempting to conceal his outlandish and shameful actions. I find it intersting that even you as a moderator cannot find the threads, furthering my stance.
