I caught a glimpse of it and heard thumping as parytgoers ripped someone out of their truck and beat him w/a mailbox that he ran over and then stabbed him repeatedly after he ran over and killed a 19 year old neighbor of mine. The worst part about it is that her grandparents, who she lived w/, were on a cruise in Europe.

An early-morning party near New Castle turned deadly Friday when a disgruntled partygoer turned his truck on two women, killing one, before he was pulled, stabbed and beaten nearly to death, police said.

Amber Burnett, 19, was struck in the Penn- wood development and dragged under the pickup for 15 yards before her body dislodged. Neighbors who woke to screeching tires and screams watched the dying teenager lie on a sidewalk on Bunker Hill Road. A 16-year-old girl who was struck by the pickup was in stable condition late Friday.

Enraged partygoers left the 38-year-old driver in the street before fleeing, according to New Castle County police and Penn- wood residents

thats pretty sick, yea my best friend was murdered 2 years ago by a 15 yr old who shot him in the chest after a drug deal gone bad. ****ing disgusting.

Thats the ghetto neighborhood that we live in. So many lives affected by this tragedy.

First time anything like this has happened in the neighborhood.
