Having trouble here

Tried getting into bodog and sportsbook, but a website comes up when i type in the URL. The site that comes up is in Italian and is the AAMS. I went to a translator and traslated the italian to english to see what the heck was going on. Here is what it translated...

In application of the decree of the autonomous administration of the monopolies of State (AAMS) of january 2 2007, disciplining the removal of a matter of offer in absence of authorization, across net data transmission, of games, lotteries, bet or contributed forecasts with won in money, with which accomplishment to the art was given. 1 subsections 50 and 51 of the Law 27 December 2006, n. 296, the site asked for is not attainable since unprepared of the necessary authorizations to operate the collection of games in Italy.

The list of the operating authorized to the game telematico is available on institutional the site www.aams.it.

I understand that it is banned in Italy (well at least that is what I am assuming) but I live in Ohio so why am I not able to view these pages. Anyone else having this problem or just me for some reason.

if you have an anonymous IP program or something that masqued your IP address that may be the problem

Any idea how to fix something like that or why all of a sudden its happening. I used it yesterday and today it just isnt working. Not much of a computer geek, so bare with me.
