Head Coaching job

Have been coaching football for the last 9 years. Coached 4 years as an assistant at High School and 5 years at the youth level. About 3 weeks ago I was asked to move back into a bigger High School and take over as the head coach of their JV program. Its taken me 3 weeks to sign on the dotted line but my agent signed me on Monday making me the head coach of our local High School team. I will be coaching the JV in a new system ran by a coach who has one hell of a record and he has coached at High School and College. I am very excited about this adventure. My agent, wife, told me to make a decision and we decided as a family that this is the perfect opportunity for me and for the kids in our local town. Since I agreed I feel a lot more relaxed and tonight will be my first walk thru with the kids. I am going to have 39 kids on my roster which is not a lot but about the size I am used to. This is the first time this local area will have what I call a real program. The head coach from the Varsity has one of the best programs I have ever been involved with. Its a great spot and time for my family and the phone has not stopped ringing. Hopefully some day Joe Pa will retire and call on me to take over Penn State.
Excited as hell and we start summer ball on Wednesday with regular practice starting on August 2. Wish my luck I am surely going to need it.
