Headaches?

I usually get 1 a fortnight. My mother always said it was because i didn't eat right or i had low blood sugar. Anyone have the same problem I get these awful aching pains behind my right eye too. I take like 2-3 Panadols to kill it off. Maybe i have problems or something.

I admit, i do drink hardly any water sometimes. They say you should drink like 8 glasses a day. I drink like 1 or 2.

Ive had a lot of headachesin the last 10 years since I was about 20. NOt sure if yours have any similarities but mine start in my neck and go up the back of my head. Saw my Dr. for years, said they were tnesion headaches. And actually you should try Motrin. I used that to more relief than ANY prescription. GL

I used to have terrible head aches and then I started working out and eating better and they went away.

If all these fail, go to your dentist. I had awful headaches for a few months, went for CAT scans and they couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. Turned out my wisdom teeth were coming in AND impacted.
