fellas--if you REALLY want to lose weight--all you have to do is start exercising regularly (treadmill--30 minutes a day is great), and stop eating crap (excessive sweets, heavy-duty starches, etc..). Personally, I have a Slim-Fast Protein bar for breakfast each day (the peanut ones are good), and I am on the treadmill for a 1/2 hour each morning (watching the 5:00 am Sportscenter). It helps that I have a treadmill in my house.

Diet and exercise. Not those fancy no-carb, Hollywood or other diets where you gain the weight back as soon as you start to eat normally again. Just use common sense. And exercise. I GUARANTEE you will lose the weight.

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

I'm 5' 11" 185. I had balloned up to 210, before I got serious about things (see above). Lost 25 pounds in 5 months, and have maintained it since (within 2-3 pounds).

absolutely. I actually feel sluggish if I DON'T get on the treadmill by 5:00 am. Nice to not have a huge gut hanging over the pants. And the new suits look real sharp too.

dude--THAT is precisely why you are overweight (you posted it in an earlier thread about not eating Cinnabons in order to lose 40 pounds). But as long as you are drinking DIET Coke--it's OK--right ?
