Healthy diet foods?

Ok.....No problem working out with weights and doing some cardio....my biggest problem is my diet. Anyone have any good healthy meals or what I really need is some good snacks to munch on when I'm between meals....I know that I can eat fruit and vegies, but anyone have any other snacks? Anything snacks or meals would be appreciated. Breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Protein shakes/bars make for a great snack or meal for people looking to advance their physical goals. Just like anything what u pay is what u get, be weary of cheap dairy based one's. Ideally u want one with a low fat content and at least a 25% whey content.

If you want to cut back on pasta, try replacing it with a spaghetti squash... good stuff, and loaded with vitamin A.

Anybody have any specifics when it comes to foods. I love these Gorton's grilled fish that you can microwave in 5 minutes. I then get these mixed vegetables that can also be nuked for five minutes. I then pour the vegies over the fish and it's pretty tasty...seems healthy as opposes to triple quarter pounder with fries. I love tuna, but I also like Miracle Whip in it also.

I can eat in my office so for breakfast I'll usually microwave some Organic Oatmeal with a healthy sweetner called NuNaturals or EggBeaters w/ sliced up tomatoes and mushrooms to make it an omlette

I'll usually snack on almonds or rice cakes
